Back Office Engineer

We are based out of the world’s tech capitals, San Francisco, Stockholm, and London.

The Back Office Engineer role is part of the Back Office team, at the Operation Department. Location for this job is Stockholm.

Responsibilities:

  • Real-time service monitoring
  • Detect, investigate and troubleshoot traffic, partner/provider issues and escalate when needed
  • B2B support using Zendesk, following priority and lead-times
  • Configure/troubleshoot Sinch backend systems to ensure continues service delivery

Requirements:

  • Completed postgraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Highly analytical mind-set and willingness to learn and explore new technologies/applications
  • Excellent problem solving, organization and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in one or more of the technologies and tools we use: VoIP, SIP/RTP, SQL, TCP/IP, Zendesk.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken, is necessary

You are eager to learn and use new technologies to improve our technical environment. You are self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced and highly technical environment.
