The Role
As a Technical Account Manager you are a part of the Sales team at our modern office at Kungsholmen. You will work closely together with the team to build a successful operation for our customers worldwide. You will be responsible for enabling our partners launches, by giving the Sinch partners hands-on help throughout the pre-contract, launch and roll out phases. To enable their launches you will setup and drive the internal projects specific for each partner, ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales, e.g. by monitoring the partner accounts and help the partner to setup a launch plan. A central task for this role is to communicate internally as well as externally. You will work together with the Sales Managers to set up a Sinch client success rocess to enable professional and efficient partner launches, which includes efining internal and partner specific ways of communication. You will be working in a fun, dynamic and inspirational team with colleagues from all over the world.

In short, your task is to enable Sinch to grow by making sure our partners have what they need to launch in a successful way and to stay happy after launch!

Core Responsibilities

  • Participate in the technical pre-sales process in both on-site and remote meeting
  • Building up Product knowledge of the Sinch platform, and the partners use cases
  • Consult on the deployment and implementation of the Sinch platform into mobile
  • operating systems such as Android, iOS and Web
  • Understand customer requirements, identify and articulate product opportunities

Your background

  • 1-3 years experience from a similar role related to Tech
  • Comfortable working in a fast pace, Continuous Delivery environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (english is a requirement) 
  • Passionate about new technologies, apps and start ups
  • Experience within software/web development, hands on or high level, is a plus
